The proceeds from this year's Pink Ribbon Night will go towards financing SAKK trial 95/17 (WISE). The aim of this trial is to motivate patients at an early stage to take regular brisk walks so as to counter the occurrence of muscle and joint pain as well as other side effects, such as hot flushes and exhaustion. The trial seeks to demonstrate that such physical exercise can help patients to better tolerate their drug therapy and have a lasting and beneficial effect on their lifestyle. It is hoped that the trial results will show patients ways in which they can mitigate side effects themselves and positively influence the course of therapy.

The Pink Ribbon Night benefit gala promises plenty of magical moments full of surprises. You can look forward to a fantastic show programme featuring a Pink Ribbon Charity Concert with lots of famous Swiss musicians plus other amazing artistes. For culinary highlights, star chef Anton Mosimann will be coming over from London to conjure up some choice dishes together with Park Hyatt Zurich's own catering team.
