We congratulate the elected scientists, and we are looking forward to the future collaboration.

After four years of active membership in the SAKK Board, Prof. Dr. med. Ludwig Plasswilm decided to resign from his position as Board member at the end of 2019. Prof. Plasswilm had been elected as Board Member in 2015. In his capacity as specialist in the section Radio-Oncology, he made a major contribution to SAKK within the last four years. Not least, together with the SAKK Coordinating Center, he elaborated and developed the project "Radiotherapy quality assurance for SAKK trials". At the last General Assembly, Prof. Dr. med. Roger von Moos, SAKK President, bid farewell to Prof. Plasswilm and particularly emphasized his contribution to Quality Assurance in clinical trials. The Board and the Executive Board of SAKK would like to thank Prof. Plasswilm for his extraordinary commitment as well as for the pleasant collaboration. We wish him all the best for his future career and private life!
